The Sales Angels Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a lead-generation and appointment-setting agency serving clients in the United Kingdom, the United States and worldwide. We act as Data Controller for the personal information we collect through our website, outreach campaigns and service delivery.
2. What data we collect

We never sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
We store data on secure servers in the UK/EU and the USA. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA we rely on:
UK adequacy regulations (e.g., transfers to the EEA), or
UK/US Data Bridge & Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
5. Data retention
Prospect data: 24 months from last interaction or sooner if you opt-out.
Client data: 6 years after contract termination (UK statute-bar).
Financial records: 7 years (HMRC & IRS requirements).
Cookies: 13 months (see § 8).

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, automated-decision opt-out.
Lodge a complaint with the UK ICO (ico.org.uk) or your local EEA authority.
United States
CCPA / CPRA (California residents): right to know, delete, correct, opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, non-discrimination.
Other states (CO, VA, CT, UT, etc.): similar rights which we honour upon request.

We employ HTTPS encryption, MFA-protected SaaS platforms, role-based access controls, device-level encryption and yearly penetration testing.
